Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a fee equal to 50% of the service booked. No showing an appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No exceptions. A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to book outside normal working hours and travel makeup appointments.
